Gymboree Birthday Parties . . .

Gymboree Birthday Parties are for children turning 1 through 5, specializing in activities to meet their interests; each designed to be 100% fun for your child and participating guests ages 6 mos – 5 years; each child must be supervised by an adult; parties are parent/child interactive.  You can have a maximum of 14 children & 14 adults in the play room, additional adults can watch from the lobby (lobby is 300 SF and the party room is 400 SF).  We have 3 options to meet your needs!

All parties are PRIVATE and set in our one-of-a-kind Gymboree Gym with an energetic Gymboree teaching leading you and your guests through exploration of our slides, tunnels, bridges and creative play-scapes.  Highlights include parachute time, bubbles, songs and other one-of-a-kind birthday party activities.  Host a “Birthday Bash Blast” with fun activities based on the age’s of the children attending the party, or customize your party games by choosing a theme from the list below to match your child’s unique interests!!

WE PROVIDE:  

            -           One-of-a-Kind, CLEAN Gym (sanitized after each class or party)

                        -                   PRIVATE Gymboree use!

            -           One Fabulous Gymboree Teacher to Ensure the Fun (45 minutes of teacher led activities)!

            -           Help with set-up and all clean-up

YOU PROVIDE (there is no cake time in the “Play Only Party Package”):

Cake, plates, utensils, candles, juice boxes and/or water (no juice or soda allowed in open containers for children)

STANDARD Birthday Party:  Mon thru Sat: Current Members - $175;   Non-Members - $225

Includes up to 8 children, $10 for each additional child, maximum 14 children total. 1.5-hour party with 15 minutes of free play, 45 minutes of teacher led play in the Gym and ending with 30 minutes in the Party Room for cake and gifts or cake and snack (time can be added to party room).

MINI Birthday Party:  Mon thru Sat: Current Members - $125;   Non-Members - $175

This party is great for a SMALL group of kids and adults; up to 6 children, $10 for each additional child, maximum 8 children total.  1.25-hour party with 15 minutes of free play, 45 minutes of teacher led play in the Gym and 15 min for treat time. There is NO PARTY ROOM with this option; a table and chairs will be set up for children in the lobby if you would like to bring and serve a ready to eat treat such as cookies or cupcakes with water or juice boxes (no open cups) after play.

PLAY ONLY Birthday Party:  Mon thru Sat: Current Members - $105;   Non Members - $135

This party is a PLAY party only; up to 6 children, $10 for each additional child, maximum 14 children.  One hour party that includes 15 minutes of free play, followed by 45 minutes of teacher-led play for children and adults in the gym.  THERE IS NO CAKE OR GIFT TIME with this package; give your guests a goodie bag with treat to go!

All adults & Children must remove shoes in the gym AND party room, socks are required. Shoes do not have to be removed in the lobby.

Personalize your child’s PLAY THEME (for children turning 2+) with one of the following IMAGINARY Play Themes (themes change the imaginary games only; it does not change any décor at Gymboree):

Parties must be scheduled in advance with a non-refundable $50 deposit.  We are able to scheduled parties Monday – Saturday after our regularly scheduled classes. 

Sunday parties may be available for an additional fee

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW FOR YOUR PARTY:

v Shoes are removed by everyone in Play Room and Party Room (can be worn in lobby)

v ADULTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR SOCKS (can be purchased for $2)

v SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN (can be purchased for $2)

v Up to 14 children and 14 adults in the gym (additional can watch in lobby)

v Gymboree equipment is specially designed for children ages 5 and younger.

v Gymboree is parent/child interactive, all parents should be prepared to HAVE FUN with their child(ren)!

v IN THE EVENT OF DANGEROUS WEATHER – your party will be rescheduled for the safety of you, your guests and our staff.  Please make sure you have contact information for all guests. 

v Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party, early arrival/set-up can be prescheduled for a fee.

v NO confetti decorating or open drink containers/cups for children (please provide juice boxes or water bottles only)

v Additional time can be purchased if you want to arrive early or stay late
