HOW DO I GO ABOUT STOPPING MY MEMBERSHIP?
At any point that you need to stop your membership, you must email us at least 10 days before your next billing day and we will stop it immediately. If you are canceling all makeups and discounts will be voided.

DO YOU HAVE ANY UNSTRUCTURED PLAY TIME?
Yes, we offer Open Gyms that are unstructured and have no teacher involvement. Open Gyms are FREE for currently enrolled members. Siblings of enrolled members may come for $10.00. Non Members  $25.

THINGS TO KNOW
Socks are required by all adults.If you need them we have them availalble for $2.50

Sick children are asked not to come to class and can makeup on another day when they are feeling better.

Stay within a hug of your child at all times.

Older siblings are not permitted on the play floor. They are invited to watch and wait in the lobby area.

If you book a class and do not cancel within the 3 hour deadline you will be billed a $10 NO SHOW fee. Many of our classes fill to capacity and we cannot have you holding a class that limits someone else from being able to participate.

It is important to us that your Gymboree Play and Music membership live up to all your expectations.Your Gymboree experience will be memories in the making for you and your child!.
