MEMBERSHIP

Play:
*$105/month for 4 visits a month.

* $32 for single class visit.

Preschool Prep with Homer:
* $115/month for 4 visits a month.

* $32 for single Preschool Prep with Homer class visit.

School Skills:

* $194/month for 4 visits a month.

* $75 for single School Skills class visit.

CLASS POLICIES
* Class capacity is limited to 15 students.  We will add more classes as demand grow.
* Please book/reschedule/cancel your class using our App or Website.
* All classes must be used within the month of the purchase.  No makeups and carry forward of classes are allowed.
* Cancellation/rescheduling of the class must occur before 8:00 AM on the day of the class in order to avoid losing credit.
* Membership cancelation must be done 48 hrs prior to the next billing date using our Website.  We do not offer refunds.
* All adults must wear socks while on the playfloor - no shoes are allowed.  Please bring a pair of socks with you.
* Stay within a hug's reach of your child at all times.
* For safety reason and so you and your child can fully enjoy this special time together, siblings should not be brought to class.  Ask about our Family Classes!

HEALTH POLICIES
* All staff and guests must attest to the following before entering our site that they:
           - Do not have fever.
           - Are not experiencing shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
           - Do not have flu-like symptoms such as upset stomach, headache, or cough.   
           - Have not experienced a recent loss of taste or smell.
           - Have not tested positive for Covid-19 virus within the last 14 days.
           - Have not been exposed to any individual that has experience symptoms and/or has tested positive 
             for the Covid-19 virus in the last 14 days.
* Parents/guardians must understand and adhere to the above protocols and release Gymboree Play & Music of Evergreen, its owners, and employees of all liability in regards to exposure of Covid-19.
* Parents will also be required to acknowledge and certify that everyone in their household is healthy and not experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms.
